NOTE: The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of 1974 as amended requires the bond amount be a minimum of 10% of the assets of the Plan subject to a maximum of $500,000 per Plan or 100% of the Non-Qualifying Assets in the Plan if they consistute more than 5% of the total Plan Assets.
